What uniform do you wear?

  • Beavers wear a turquoise sweatshirt with a Group scarf (often called a necker) and a maroon woggle, or one of another colour which identifies their Lodge or team.
  • Cubs may wear a dark green sweatshirt with a Group scarf (often called a necker) and a woggle in the colour of their Six.
  • Scouts may wear a teal green shirt or blouse, navy blue activity trousers or skirt, a group scarf with a woggle, and a Scout belt for special occasions.
  • Explorers wear a dark brown shirt with a district scarf, black trousers or skirt for formal occasions, and unit hoodies for regular meetings.
  • Badge positions are shown in your child’s OSM. Select Badges then Uniform.

Do I need to buy uniform to join?

No. Once you’ve been with us for a while, then go and get the right uniform. We will provide the appropriate necker and group badges after investiture.
